Duration: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges may not be offered.

 

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Perishable goods cannot be returned.

 

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

 

Manufacturer Returns: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted.

 

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges: Items can be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged. Contact hello@feeldandy.com for instructions.

 

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the gift giver.

 

Shipping Returns: Contact hello@feeldandy.com for return instructions. You are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.

 

Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions may be cancelled at anytime by logging into your customer account on feeldandy.com. Unfortunately, due to our dedication to quick shipment & delivery for our customers, subscription orders that have already been placed cannot be cancelled. However, they may be eligible for a return and refund should all the requirements stated on this page be met.
